To bridge the gap between emerging talent and industry leaders, the Future Leaders of Aviation and Tourism (FLOAT) / Arab Aviation Summit (AAS) Youth Initiative—hosted in partnership with the World Sustainable Development Fund (WSDF)—will take place at the Arab Aviation Summit 2025 on February 18th in Riyadh.
This roundtable discussion will bring together youth councils, young professionals, human resource teams o the top aviation companies and industry professionals to explore career opportunities, digital transformation, and cultural impact within aviation and tourism. It will serve as a bridge between current leaders and the next generation, ensuring that career pathways, digital transformation, and cultural impact remain key priorities for future workforce development.
